Immediately after your treatment, you may experience mild tenderness and redness around the injection sites. This is common after anti-wrinkle injections and should resolve over the few hours. Bumps should resolve within 15-20 minutes.

• You may experience a dull headache following your treatment that can last for up to 2 weeks in rare cases. If you require pain relief, take paracetamol, as directed on the label.

 • You may begin to notice the effect of your treatment within 24 hours, however it does take a FULL 2 weeks to see your final results. Please don’t worry too much before this time as other muscles will relax quicker than others.

Bruising is possible post anti-wrinkle treatments and should clear within 3-7 days

Immediately after your treatment:

• Stay upright for 4 hours post treatment

•   Don’t rub, touch or press on the injected areas

•    Do not wear tight hats, helmets or head bands which may push the product from where it was placed

•   Do not wear make-up

For the next 24 hours:

•      No saunas, steam rooms, or heat (this may increase inflammation or movement of product to an undesired area)

•      Avoid strenuous exercise .

•     Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen

•     Avoid alcohol

•     Do not use AHA, BHA, Retinols/Vitamin C

•     Do not massage, press or push the areas injected

•      Avoid facials, massages, peels or laser hair removal to the treated area for 14 days

After your treatment, it takes 2 weeks for the botulinum toxin to reach peak effectiveness. The height of effectiveness is between 2 to 6 weeks. Over the following 12-16 weeks, the effectiveness gradually decreases and you will notice some movement returning to the treated area.

The longevity of results depends on several factors, including anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, treatment history and the dose of the treatment used.
